You must choose courses in accordance with the regulations of our institute and/or the Student Affairs Rules and Regulations, Senate Decisions and other such regulations. If you detect a contradiction between these regulations and your ÖBS (Student Information System) course selections, please contact your advisor and the Registrar’s Office.

In order to complete registration, the following steps must be completed in the order they are listed. If one of these steps is skipped, your registration will be incomplete.

For graduate program students:

-Students exceeding the normal education period, international students and students studying at our institute as a second university must pay the tuition fee.

For Engineering Management Non-Thesis Master’s students:

Elective Course Registration

• If you want to register for multiple optional or compulsory elective courses, you must choose each course from a different group code (ELT-ELZ)
• To register for repeat or equivalent elective courses, you must apply to your respective department. (Graduate Education Rules and Regulations, Article 20)

GRADUATE EDUCATION RULES AND REGULATIONS

In order to graduate from master programs with thesis, students must meet the requirements of Article 23 of the Graduate Education Rules and Regulations regarding education period, course load, minimum GPA, and ECTS credits.

In order to graduate from the Engineering Management Master Program without thesis, students must meet the requirements of Article 28 of the Graduate Education Rules and Regulations regarding education period, course load, minimum GPA and ECTS credits.

In order for PhD students to graduate, they must meet the requirements of Article 32 of the Graduate Education Rules and Regulations regarding education period, course load, minimum GPA and ECTS credits.
