IMPORTANT:

• Students are responsible for completing their course registration procedures for the 2024-2025 Fall Semester in accordance with the following regulations: IZTECH Student Registration and Admission Regulations, IZTECH Undergraduate Education Regulations, IZTECH Undergraduate Student Procedures. Students will be held responsible for any course selections that are not carried out in accordance with the specified regulations.

• To renew registration: The payment of the tuition fee or education fee, course selection, and obtaining advisor approval are required. Students are responsible for the entirety of the registration renewal process. A student who fails to complete any of these steps will be considered unregistered.

• As of August 27, 2018, the Registrar’s Office no longer monitors military service-related processes. You can track your military service procedures through the e-Government portal or local military offices, and report any issues to the Registrar’s Office if necessary.

Students Required to Pay Tuition Fees/Contribution Fees:

• Students repeating the preparatory class,
• Students who have not graduated within the normal study period,
• International students (excluding scholarship students),

Students enrolled in a second higher education program (including Open Education Faculty, excluding double major programs), regardless of whether they have exceeded the normal study period, are required to pay the contribution fee.
