2024-2025 ACADEMIC YEAR FALL SEMESTER Registration Renewal Announcement for Graduate Students (Except II. Education Non-Thesis Master’s Programs)

Important
To renew the registration; If any, the tuition fee or tuition fee must be paid, the course selection process must be made and the advisor’s approval must be obtained. Students are responsible for the entire registration renewal process. A student who misses one of these transactions is considered unregistered.
Since your contribution payments will be transferred from the bank to ÖBS electronically, receipts will not be delivered to the Registrar’s Office.
Preparatory class students will not choose courses.
Research assistants working at state universities other than our institute will not pay a contribution if they document their status until September 09, 2024.
Advisor Approval and Course Add-Removal procedures will be carried out together with the advisor.
Students who repeat themselves in the preparatory class pay a contribution fee.
Students who cannot graduate within the normal education period pay a contribution.
Foreign students (except for scholarship students) pay a contribution.
Regardless of whether they exceed the normal education period or not, students who enroll in a second higher education program (excluding double major programs) while enrolled in a higher education program pay a contribution.
Your military service transactions are transmitted to the Ministry of National Defense from YÖKSİS via web services by our Institute. As of August 27, 2018, the Registrar’s Office has not followed up on military service. You can follow up your military procedures via e-government and/or military branches and report any problems to the Registrar’s Office.

(the system will be opened at 10:00 on the first day and will be closed at 23:59 on the last day)
Adding / Subtracting Courses: 08-09 October 2024
(the system will be opened at 10:00 on the first day and will be closed at 17:00 on the last day)
