ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE EXAM RIGHTS OF STUDENTS WHO HAVE REACHED THE MAXIMUM DURATION OF STUDY BY THE END OF THE FALL SEMESTER OF THE 2025-2026 ACADEMIC YEAR
ANNOUNCEMENT FOR STUDENTS WITH ONE COURSE LEFT AT THE END OF MAXIMUM STUDY PERIOD AND WHO HAVE EARNED UNLIMITED EXAM RIGHTS
Students who have only one course remaining at the end of their maximum study period and who have earned unlimited exam rights may apply to their registered departments on the dates specified below. Students can participate in only one of the two additional exams (either the first or the second additional exam).

Application Dates: February 3- 5, 2026
Announcement of Exam Rights on the Department’s Web Page: February 9, 2026
First Additional Exam Date: February 10-16, 2026
Second Additional Exam Date: February 23- 24, 2026
ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE GRANTING OF TWO ADDITIONAL EXAM RIGHTS TO FINAL-YEAR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS WHO HAVE REACHED THE MAXIMUM STUDY PERIOD AT THE END OF THE 2025-2026 ACADEMIC YEAR FALL SEMESTER
At the end of the 2025- 2026 academic year fall semester, final-year students who have reached the maximum study period will be granted two additional exam rights for:
Courses they have never taken
Courses in which they received grades of FF, FD, NA, or U (excluding practical or lab courses)
These additional exams will be held on the dates announced in the academic calendar. Students may apply to their registered departments on the dates specified below.

Application Dates: February 3- 5, 2026
Announcement of Students Eligible for Additional Exam Rights on the Department’s Web Page: February 9, 2026
First Additional Exam Date: February 10-16, 2026
Second Additional Exam Date: February 23- 24, 2026
Note 1: Students who do not apply by the specified date or, despite applying, do not use their exam rights will not be granted an additional exam right at a later date.
Note 2: Students who benefit from the additional exams and/or extension rights and still have six (6) or more remaining courses will have their registration terminated by the board of their respective faculties.
