Information About the 2023-2024 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony

• The 2023-2024 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony will be held on Friday, July 19, 2024, at 19:30, at the IZTECH Festival Area.
• The rehearsal for the 2023-2024 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony will take place on Thursday, July 18, 2024, at 10:00, at the IZTECH Festival Area.
• To participate in the graduation ceremony, you can apply at this link from Monday, July 1, 2024, until Monday, July 15, 2024, at 17:00.

Students Eligible to Participate in the Graduation Ceremony

Students who can participate include those who:

• Graduated at the end of the Fall/Spring Semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year,
• Are expected to graduate at the end of the Summer Semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year,
• Are expected to graduate at the end of the Fall Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year.

Gown

• Students participating in the ceremony can collect their gowns from the Department of Health, Culture, and Sports (HCS) starting from Monday, July 1, 2024, until 17:00 on Friday, July 19, 2024, for a rental fee of ₺750.
• Rented gowns must be returned to HCS by 17:00 on Thursday, August 29, 2024. Upon returning the gown, ₺600 will be refunded to the student, with ₺150 retained for maintenance and cleaning. Gowns not returned by the specified date will be considered purchased, and the ₺750 fee will be recorded as revenue in the budget.
• Gown Return Location: Engineering Faculty E Building (Department of Food Engineering) HCS Depot.

Diploma Distribution for Undergraduate Students

• To collect your diploma, you need to fill out the School Clearance Form (either by yourself or through a representative appointed via notary) and have it signed by the relevant departments. Then, you must submit it to the Student Affairs Office (SAO). Click here for the School clearance form.
• Students who have completed the clearance process (by presenting their identity card, student ID card, driver’s license, or passport) can collect their diplomas in person or through their notary-appointed representative with a signature at the Student Affairs Office between 09:00 on Thursday, July 18, 2024, and 17:00 on Friday, July 19, 2024.
• Students who will not attend the graduation ceremony can complete the clearance process and collect their diplomas starting from July 18, 2024.
