IMPORTANT:

• Students are responsible for conducting the course registration procedures for the 2023-2024 Academic Year Spring Semester in accordance with the current regulations, including IZTECH Student Registration and Acceptance Procedures Regulation, IZTECH Undergraduate Education and Instruction Regulation, and IZTECH Undergraduate Students Operational Principles. Students will be personally responsible for any course selections not made in accordance with the specified regulations.

• To renew registration; the payment of the contribution fee or tuition fee, the selection of courses, and obtaining advisor approval are required. Students are responsible for the entire registration renewal process. A student who fails to complete any of these procedures will be considered unregistered.

• As of August 27, 2018, the Student Affairs Directorate no longer monitors military service-related processes. You can track your military service procedures through e-Government and/or military recruitment offices and report any issues, if any, to the Student Affairs Directorate.

Students who will make Tuition Fee payments:

• Students who are in a repeating status in the preparatory class,
• Students who cannot graduate within the normal period of study,
• Foreign students (excluding scholarship students),
• Regardless of whether they exceed the normal duration of study, students who enroll in a second higher education program (excluding programs such as Open Education Faculty and double major programs) are required to pay the tuition fee.
