Course Selection September 27-28, 2023
(system wil be opened at 10.00 am on the first day, and closed at 17.00 pm on the last day)

Registration Steps for Non-thesis Evening Master’s Program Students
Steps below are to be fulfilled in order.

–Advisor Approvals
Students can pay fees at Halk Bank Branch or ATMs with their student ID numbers. (EFT or Money Order is not possible.) (September 27-28, 2023)

You can pay using your student ID number at any of Halk Bank branches.

→Select IYTE; enter student ID no.
→The cost is seen
→Payment is complete
Important:
Advisor’s approval and Class Adding-Dropping procedures are to be completed with the advisors.
In the case of adding a new course, the tuition fee for that will be paid on October 10-11, 2023. If you drop any of these courses, you should write a petition to the secretary of the department.
To renew the registration, Tuition Fee must be paid, Classes must be selected and advisor’s approval must be obtained. The students are responsible for all these procedures. If any of these procedures is missing, registration can not be completed.
Following registration, the required documents related to military service are  transferred to the Ministry of Defence  through  YÖKSİS, the institute website. Since August 27, 2018 the matters related to military service has not been looked into by the Student Affairs  Office. Students are to carry out their military service matters on e-devlet or at  military service office and if there is a problem,  Student Affairs Office is to be informed.
