ANNOUNCEMENT FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE GIVEN THE RIGHT TO TAKE UNLIMITED EXAMS AT THE END OF THE MAXIMUM EDUCATION PERIOD AND FOR UNDERGRADUATE FINAL-YEAR STUDENTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE MAXIMUM EDUCATION PERIOD AT THE END OF THE 2023-2024 ACADEMIC YEAR FALL SEMESTER REGARDING THE USE OF TWO ADDITIONAL EXAMS

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE GIVEN THE RIGHT TO TAKE UNLIMITED EXAMS AT THE END OF THE MAXIMUM EDUCATION PERIOD

Students who have been granted unlimited exam usage rights at the end of the maximum education period can apply to their registered departments on the dates specified below. Students can only participate in either the first additional exam or the second additional exam.

 

Application and exam information:

Application Dates: January 30-31, 2024

Announcement Date on the Department Website for Students Using Exam Rights: February 2, 2024

First Additional Exam Date: February 5-9, 2024

Second Additional Exam Date: February 16-20, 2024

 

ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE USE OF TWO ADDITIONAL EXAMS FOR UNDERGRADUATE FINAL-YEAR STUDENTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE MAXIMUM EDUCATION PERIOD AT THE END OF THE 2023-2024 ACADEMIC YEAR FALL SEMESTER

For the final-year students who have exceeded the maximum study period at the end of the 2023-2024 Academic Year Fall Semester;

They will be given the opportunity to take two additional exams for each course they have not taken or have received FF, FD, NA, and U grades in (excluding courses with practical applications) on the dates announced in the academic calendar.

Students can apply to their registered departments on the dates specified below.

Application Dates: January 30-31, 2024

Announcement Date for Students Eligible to Take the Exam on the Department Website: February 2, 2024

First Additional Exam Date: February 5-9, 2024

Second Additional Exam Date: February 16-20, 2024

 

Note 1: Students who do not apply for the exam by the specified date or those who apply but do not use their exam rights will not be given another opportunity to take the exam at a later date.

Note 2: If students who benefit from Two Additional Exams at the End of the Maximum Education Period and/or extension right have six (6) or more failed courses, their affiliations will be terminated by the administrative boards of the faculties to which they are affiliated.
